The Shangcheng District of Hangzhou released Zhejiang Province's first specialized policy for the AIGC audio-visual industry, the 'Golden Ten Measures', comprehensively covering aspects such as technological innovation, cost reduction, content excellence, talent development, and overseas expansion.
